Why does the PDF file output some times has totally different characters from the original?

Answer

For PDF files, the OCR (Optical Character Recognition) of the image may incorrectly recognize the image as text. Some times it could be improved by translating the original PowerPoint file, Word file, etc., or converting the original files to PDF using other software.
