How can I register a user dictionary and a translation memory?

You can import CSV or TSV, or enter it directly on the web interface.
・Up to 20,000 pairs of original and translated text can be registered per user dictionary and translation memory.
・You cannot store multiple translation languages for one original language per a user dictionary or a translation memory.
・With user dictionary, the maximum number of characters that can be registered for 1 noun is 100.
・With translation memory, the maximum number of characters that can be registered for a single sentence is 1,000.
