平素よりMenlo Securityサービスをご利用いただきありがとうございます。 *.menlosecurity.comへの通信経路について、ご確認いただきたい内容がございますので、 以下の通りご案内差し上げます。 1. 対象サービス 　Menlo Security　年間ライセンス　をご利用のすべてのお客さま 　（Isolation Liteご利用のお客さまは含みません） 2. *.menlosecurity.comへの通信経路について 　*.menlosecurity.comについては、管理ポータルの下記Help（※1）に記載の通り、 　Menlo Securityを経由して通信させる必要がございます。 　---------------------- 　In addition to the traffic forwarded to Menlo Security for isolation sessions, 　*.menlosecurity.com should also be forwarded to the Menlo proxy if explicit proxy chaining is configured. 　This ensures consistent session routing during service upgrades. 　---------------------- 　※1　管理ポータルにログイン後、下記URLにてご参照いただけます。 　　https://admin.menlosecurity.com/docs/guides/installation-prerequisites.html#explicit-proxy-chaining 　下段プロキシやPACファイルで、Menlo Securityを経由せずに 　safe.menlosecurity.comにアクセスするよう設定されている環境では、 　Menlo Securityのバージョンアップの際にドキュメントの閲覧や 　ファイルのダウンロード等の通信で問題が生じる可能性がございます。 　次回のバージョンアップは4月中旬を予定しております。 　それまでに下段プロキシやPACファイルの設定をご確認頂けますようお願いいたします。 　※東京リージョンのバージョンアップ（2.85）は2022年4月18日予定 3.　管理ポータルへのIP制限を実施されているお客様へのご案内 　Menlo Securityの管理ポータルへのアクセスについて、 　送信元IPアドレスの制限を実施されている環境（※2）では、 　admin.menlosecurity.comに対し、Menlo Securityを経由せずにアクセスしていただく必要がございます。 　admin.menlosecurity.comはMenlo Security非経由、他の*.menlosecurity.comについては 　Menlo Securityを経由してアクセスしてください。 　※2　管理ポータルの Settings >Authentication >Admin Access Control ページの設定で 　「Enable admin IP access restriction」を有効化している環境 4.　Menlo SecurityのStatusサイトについて 　Menlo Securityの障害発生状況を 　Statusサイト（https://status.menlosecurity.com/）にてご確認いただくことが可能です。 　Menlo Securityの障害により、https://status.menlosecurity.com/にアクセスできなくなることを避けるため、 　status.menlosecurity.comについてはMenlo Securityを経由しない設定としていただいても問題はございません。
