Regarding to customer for using Universal One Virtual service,
we currently receive a report that application(vApp) is not working properly after upgraded to Windows 10 or its new build verson.
We confirmed there are two cases described below;
(1) It is recovered by reinstalling vApp.
(2) It cannot recover even reinstalling vApp.
*If corresponding to (2), it is required clean install of Windows OS and reinstall vApp to recover the issue.
We are continuously investigating this issue and it is able to reduce the event probability by uninstalling vApp before Windows upgrade.
When you proceed Windows upgrade, we strongly recommend to uninstall vApp before Windows upgrade and please kindly reinstall vApp after upgrade.
