1) Access https://b-portal.ntt.com/ and log in
2) Click "Service" on the Global Navigation and select "Arcstar Universal One" transitions to top of Arcstar Universal One service Site.
3) Click "Docs" from a list of the "Admin tab"
4) Download "Arcstar Universal One mobile _User's guide_en_ver_xxx.pdf" from Service Specific Documents.
