[Enterprise Cloud] What should I do if I get the error message "ERROR : MP063 Password for Enterprise Cloud is expired. Please contact your Administrator to go User Management menu to Reset Password in User edit screen."?

Administrator can reset password for Enterprise Cloud in following steps:

1. Login Business Portal with administrator's account

2. Click "User Management"

3. Click "Edit" for the user in the user list

4. Click "Reset Password" button in "Edit User" screen
