　■サービス影響範囲：

　　工事時間帯中、Things CloudおよびSmart Data Platformポータル（Things Cloud）それぞれにサービス影響がございます。


　○対象サービス：Things Cloud

　■影響がある時間帯：
　　・06月25日 20:00 から 06月25日 21:30 まで (※1)

　【1】お客様デバイスと Things Cloud の間でのデータの送受信ができません
　【2】Things Cloud ポータルの Web 画面にアクセスができません
　【3】レポートやスマートルール等を含む、サーバ内処理が停止します


　○対象サービス：Smart Data Platformポータル（Things Cloud）

　■影響がある時間帯：
　　・06月25日 19:00 から 06月26日 03:00 まで

　【1】Smart Data PlatformポータルからのThings Cloudの新規契約、変更、廃止申し込みができません。
　　※Things Cloudサービスは、上記※1に記載の影響時間を除き、影響なくご利用いただけます。

　サービス安定稼働に向けたシステム基盤刷新のためのメンテナンス

We would like to inform you of the following maintenance to improve our service operations.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your cooperation.

　- Maintenance Time

　　Start date : June 25, 2026 16:00 (JST)
　　End date : June 26, 2026 03:00 (JST)

　- Service Impact

　　During the maintenance window, there will be impacts on both Things Cloud and the Smart Data Platform Portal (Things Cloud).

　○Target Service: Things Cloud

　- Impact Period:
　　・From June 25, 20:00 to June 25, 21:30 (JST) (*1)

　　[1] Data transmission and reception between customer devices and Things Cloud will be unavailable.
　　[2] Access to the Things Cloud portal web interface will be unavailable.
　　[3] In-server processing, including reports and smart rules, will be suspended.


　○Target Service: Smart Data Platform Portal (Things Cloud)

　- Impact Period:
　　・From June 25, 19:00 to June 26, 03:00 (JST)

　　[1] New subscriptions, changes, and cancellation requests for Things Cloud from the Smart Data Platform Portal will be unavailable.
　　*The Things Cloud service will remain available without any impact, except during the impact period specified in *1 above.

　- Purpose
　Maintenance for system infrastructure renewal to ensure stable service operation.
