Questions

I selected a file attached to a received email and selected "Save" from the menu.(Long tapping of the attached file for an Android terminal) Where can I see the attached file saved?

Answer

An email attached file saved can be opened by selecting File Browser from the AppBox menu.
From the home screen of DME client, select [AppBox]→[File Browser (the name may be different depending the customer setting)] to start the File Browser function.

The attached files are saved in [App folder] →[Attachments(saved)] of File Browser.
