下記の通り、品質向上のためのメンテナンスについてご案内いたします。

※なお、想定外事象が発生し工程を切り戻す際には、終了日時を最大8月23日(日)13時00分(JST)まで延長させて頂きます。

■サービス影響
メンテナンス期間中の22時～5時の時間帯において、数秒程度の通信断が最大6回発生する可能性があります。
なお、想定外事象が発生し工程を切り戻す際には、メンテナンス期間の中で同様の通信影響が発生します。
それに伴い以下の影響が発生する可能性があります。

・ECL4ERPポータル
　ECL4ERPポータルへのアクセス(GUI/API)が失敗する。

・仮想マシンメニュー（IaaS Compute VM、Virtual HANA）
　仮想マシンから共通機能サーバー(NTP/KMS/RHUI/SMT)へのアクセスに失敗する。

・バックアップメニュー（Data Backup）
　バックアップの成否メールが送信されない、または遅れて送信される。

We inform you of a system maintenance.

2026/Aug/22(Sat)22:00 - 2026/Aug/23(Sun) 06:00 [JST]*
*Please note that in the event of unforeseen circumstances requiring us to roll back the process, the end time may be extended until 13:00 (JST) on Sunday, August 23, 2026, at the latest.

-Target Datacenter:
Tokyo DC

-Service Impact:
During the maintenance window, between 22:00 and 05:00, brief network connectivity interruptions lasting several seconds may occur up to six times.
In addition, if an unexpected issue occurs and a rollback is required during the maintenance work, similar connectivity impacts may occur within the maintenance window.
As a result, the following impacts may be experienced:

ECL4ERP Portal
Access to the ECL4ERP Portal (GUI/API) may fail.

Virtual Machine Services (IaaS Compute VM, Virtual HANA)
Access from virtual machines to common function servers (NTP/KMS/RHUI/SMT) may fail.

Backup Services (Data Backup)
Backup status notification emails may not be sent or may be delayed.
