平素はNTTコミュニケーションズ ECL for ERPをご利用いただき誠にありがとうございます。

サービス基盤の品質向上のため、以下の日時でメンテナンス作業を実施いたします。
第1回目のメンテナンスにおきまして、一部のOSイメージについて完了できない物（※記載の物）が御座いましたが、
未完了分につきまして、第2回目のメンテナンスで実施いたします。
お客様にはご不便をおかけしますがご理解のほど何卒よろしくお願い申し上げます。

■第2回目：2024年4月20日（土）22時00分～翌6時00分（JST）

■対象メニュー：xStreamポータル（OSイメージ）

■対象DC：東京DC

■サービス影響
メンテナンス時間中の一部の時間で、xStreamポータルから、OSイメージを用いた仮想マシンの作成ができません。
なお、「OSイメージを用いた仮想マシンの作成」以外の操作は実施頂けます。
また、お客様テナント環境(ネットワーク、仮想マシン、ストレージ、バックアップ等)への影響はありません。

対象となるOSイメージは以下の通りです。

第2回目：
非グローバルOSイメージ
　SQL_2017_ENT_Win_2016_64_LIC_01_<テナントID>
　SQL_2017_ST_Win_2016_64_LIC_01_<テナントID>
　SQL_2019_ENT_Win_2019_64_LIC_01_<テナントID>
　SQL_2019_ST_Win_2019_64_LIC_01_<テナントID>
グローバルOSイメージ
　RHEL_7.6_64_LIC_01 ※第1回未完了分
　SLES_15SP1_64_LIC_01 ※第1回未完了分

■お客様への依頼事項
OSイメージを用いた仮想マシンの作成は、メンテナンス時間を避けて実施してください。

Thank you for using NTT Communications Enterprise Cloud for ERP service.
We inform you of a system maintenance.

Some OS images were not completed during the 1st maintenance.(※unfinished)
The uncompleted parts will be implemented in the 2nd maintenance.

[OS Image Migration Maintenance]

-Schedule:
2nd: 2024/Apr/20(Sat) 22:00 - 2024/Apr/21(Sun) 06:00 [JST]

-Target Datacenter:
Tokyo DC

-Service Menu:
xStream Portal (OS image)

-Service Impact:
During a part of the maintenance time, you will not be able to create a virtual machine with an OS image on the xStream Portal.
However, operations other than "Create a virtual machine using an OS image" will be available.
There will be no impact on the customer's tenant environment (network, virtual machines, storage, backup, etc.).

The target OS images are as follows

2nd:
Non-global OS image
　SQL_2017_ENT_Win_2016_64_LIC_01_
　SQL_2017_ST_Win_2016_64_LIC_01_
　SQL_2019_ENT_Win_2019_64_LIC_01_
　SQL_2019_ST_Win_2019_64_LIC_01_
Global OS image
　RHEL_7.6_64_LIC_01 ※unfinished
　SLES_15SP1_64_LIC_01 ※unfinished

-Request to Customer:
Please avoid maintenance hours when creating virtual machines using OS images.
