下記の通り、品質向上のためのメンテナンスについてご案内いたします。
お客様にはご不便をおかけしますがご理解のほど何卒よろしくお願い申し上げます。

■開始日時：2024年11月2日（土）22時00分（JST）
■終了日時：2024年11月3日（日）06時00分（JST）

■対象DC
東京DC

■サービス影響
メンテナンス期間中の22時～3時の時間帯において、5秒未満の通信断が最大4回発生致します。
なお、想定外事象が発生し工程を切り戻す際には、メンテナンス期間の中で同様の通信断が発生します。
それに伴い、主に以下の影響が発生する可能性があります。

・ECL4ERPポータル
　ECL4ERPポータルへのアクセス(GUI/API)が失敗する。

・仮想マシンメニュー（IaaS Compute VM、Virtual HANA）
　お客様拠点から仮想マシンへのアクセスが失敗する。
　仮想マシンがゾーンを超えた通信に失敗する。ただし、Internal ZoneとHana Zone間通信は影響を受けません。
　仮想マシンから共通機能サーバー(NTP/KMS/RHUI/SMT)へのアクセスに失敗する。

・バックアップメニュー（Data Backup、Image Backup）
　バックアップ、リストアに失敗する。
　バックアップの成否メールが送信されない、または遅れて送信される。

Dear Customers

Thank you for using NTT Communications Enterprise Cloud for ERP service.
We inform you of a system maintenance.

-Schedule:
2024/Nov/2(Sat)22:00 - 2024/Nov/3(Sun) 06:00 [JST]

-Target Datacenter:
Tokyo DC

-Service Impact:
During the maintenance period from 10:00 p.m. to 3:00 a.m., communication outages of less than 5 seconds will occur up to 4 times.
When an unexpected event occurs and the process is rolled back, a similar communication outage will occur during the maintenance period.
The following impacts may occur

ECL4ERP Portal
　Access to the ECL4ERP portal (GUI/API) fails from customer's site.

Virtual Machine Menu (IaaS Compute VM, Virtual HANA)
　Access to the virtual machine from the customer's site fails.
　The virtual machine fails to communicate across zones.
However, communication between Internal Zone and HANA Zone is not affected.
　Access from the virtual machine to the common function server (NTP/KMS/RHUI/SMT) fails.

Backup Menu (Data Backup, Image Backup)
　Backup or restore fails.
　Backup success/failure email is not sent or is sent late.
