Can I confirm the service fee for this month?

The amount of payment is not shown on Business Portal (for Virtual). We would be appreciated if you would follow the procedure below and calculate it by confirming the Peak Record Number of vClient.
(1) Click [Contract Information]on the Business Portal (for Virtual)
(2) Select any day of the month from [Peak Record: Number of vClient] box.
(3) Peak Record Number (vApp/vAdapter) will be displayed.

Where can I find outages information?

Outages information of this service is provided in two ways below.
(1) Fault of vCore and vGW
 Displayed in the Business Portal > "Arcstar Universal One" page > "Current alarms" widget.
(2) Fault of user authentication platform, etc.
  Displayed on the "Work and fault information" page in our Customer Support site.

I would like to add a vClient ID. When do I start being charged for the fee?

If you are using vApp, the fee is charged when you add a new vClient ID on the Business Portal. If you are using vAdapter, the fee is charged when you register vAdapter as a vClient group on the portal.

Do I need to apply for the use of additional vClients?

If you use vApp, you can add vClient IDs on the Business Portal. If you wish to add vAdapters, please submit an application form.

While connecting to a virtual network, the network became unstable and was disconnected. I tried reconnection, but an error message appears and I cannot reconnect it.

(Carrier's)Equipment of "UNO Virtual" may retain the connection information. Retry after approximately 5 minutes.
