When installing vApp (Windows), "Error 1722" appears and installation cannot be successfully completed.

If necessary software for vApp (Windows) to operate is not installed, "Error 1722" may be displayed.
If this error appears when using a vApp-supported OS (Windows 7/8/8.1), try the following steps.
Note: Select "Run As Administrator" for executing these steps.

(1) Uninstall vApp (Windows).
(2) Uninstall Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 SP1 redistributable package (x86).*Only if that is already installed.
(3) Install Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 SP1 redistributable package (x64).
*Only if that is already installed.
*By uninstalling this, the other applications which uses redistributable package (x64) can be unavailable.
(4) Reboot the PC.
(5) Reinstall Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 SP1 redistributable package (x86).

(6) Reinstall vApp (Windows).

When I try to use the Business Portal (Virtual version), an error screen is displayed.

If you use the Business Portal (for Virtual) in Internet Explorer, an error screen "Web page not found (HTTP 404)" will be displayed. Please use one of the following browsers, which are supported by the Business Portal (for Virtual).
*Mozilla Firefox latest version  (Operation has been verified with version 27 as of May 2014)
*Google Chrome latest version  (Operation has been verified with version 32 as of May 2014)

I can successfully connect to the Internet, but cannot connect to the UNO virtual using the vApp / vAdapter.

This service uses the following communication protocols and ports for communication.
Check if your network devices which are used between vApp/vAdapter and the Internet allow transparent communication by the following protocols.

  [TCP]80, 443, 5061
  [UDP]80, 443, 500, 1701, 4500, 123, 5060, and 5061

If your FW, mobile router, etc. restrict the protocols above, change the settings of the relevant devices.

In vApp (iOS), I cannot send emails by "Send Logs".

vApp (iOS) cannot connect to the Internet when connecting to a virtual network. Disconnect the VPN connection once and then send emails.
