About vApp authentication option settings.

Answer

Please confirm following vApp authentication option settings.
*If you uninstall/reinstall vApp(iOS/Mac), the device ID is changed to another one, so please be careful.

[Windows Case]
1. Select "Menu" > "Settings" on vApp.



2. Select "Option Settings" tab.
3. Select "Device Authentication Option".



4. Select "Support" > "Get Device ID".
5. Display the "Device ID", and confirm it.
*It is possible to save as text format.



[Android Case]
1. Select "HOME" > "CONFIGURATION" tab on vApp.
2. Select "Device Authentication Option".



3. Select "Support".
4. Select "Get Device-ID".
5. Display the "Device-ID", and confirm it.
*It is possible to send "Device-ID" by email.



[iOS Case]
1. Select "Home" > "Configuration" tab on vApp.
2. Check "Device Authentication Option".



3. Select "Support" tab.
4. Select "Get Device-ID".
5. Display the "Device ID", and confirm it.
*It is possible to send "Device ID" by email.



[Mac Case]
1. Select "vApp" > "Preference" on Menu bar.



2. Open "Advanced" tab.
3. Select "Device Authentication Option".
4. Click "Get Device-ID" button.
5. Display the "Device-ID", and confirm it.
