You can access it in following steps:1.Log in to Business Portal
2.Click "Arcstar IP Voice" that is displayed in "Your Services" section when you move the cursor over "Services" in the Global Navigation.
3.Click "Config Change" that is displayed when you move the cursor over "Admin" tab.
