Things Cloud サービスの基盤メンテナンスにつきまして、ご連絡させていただきます。


　■開始日時： 2024年06月13日　20時00分（JST)

　■終了日時： 2024年06月14日　08時00分（JST)

　■対象サービス：Things Cloud

　■サービス影響範囲：
　　工事時間帯中、以下の影響がございます。

　【1】お客様デバイスと Things Cloud の間でのデータの送受信ができません
　【2】Things Cloud ポータルの Web 画面にアクセスができません
　【3】レポートやスマートルール等を含む、サーバ内処理が停止します
　【4】Smart Data Platformポータルを利用したThings Cloudのお申込み、解約等ができません


　■工事内容：

　機能拡充の為のメンテナンス(予備日)

　■その他：

　長時間停止を伴い、ご利用のお客様にご迷惑をお掛けし大変申し訳ございません。

Dear Customer,

Thank you for using NTT Communications Things Cloud Service.
We will be performing maintenance to the Things Cloud Services as below.

-Maintenance Time
Start date : 2024/06/13　20:00(JST)
End date : 2024/06/14　8:00(JST)

-Service Impact
During this maintenance window, there are service limitations as below.

(1) Customers' devices cannot exchange data with Things Cloud.
(2) Customers cannot access Things Cloud Portal.
(3) Server-side processing, including reports and smart-rules, will stop.
(4) Customers cannot submit the order of Things Clould with Smart Data Platform Portal

-Purpose

　Maintenance of functional expansion and infrastructural changes.(As a backup day)

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you along with
service suspension for a long time.
