Can I access the Internet while connecting to a virtual network?

"If you are connected to a virtual network using the vApp(windows), vApp(Android), or vAdapter(L3), you will be able to access the Internet and the virtual network at the same time. (Split tunneling is available.)

If you are connected to a virtual network using the vApp(iOS), vApp(MacOS) or vAdapter(L2), you can access only the virtual network. (Split tunneling is not available.)

Is there a way to check usage of each vClient (e.g. communication amount, history of connection and disconnection)?

There is no way to check the communication amount or history of connection and disconnection of each vClient.
However, you can confirm if the vClient is currently connected by following the steps below on the Business Portal (for Virtual).

(1) Check by vClient ID list
 When the vClient is connected, an icon is displayed in the vClient ID list.

(2) Check by Edit screen of the vClient
 When the vClient is connected, "Enable" is displayed in the "Status" tab in the "vClient Edit" screen.

I can successfully connect to the Internet, but cannot connect to the UNO virtual using the vApp / vAdapter.

This service uses the following communication protocols and ports for communication.
Check if your network devices which are used between vApp/vAdapter and the Internet allow transparent communication by the following protocols.

  [TCP]80, 443, 5061
  [UDP]80, 443, 500, 1701, 4500, 123, 5060, and 5061

If your FW, mobile router, etc. restrict the protocols above, change the settings of the relevant devices.

In case the VPN connection is lost for some reason, can it be automatically reconnected?

In case the VPN connection is lost for some reason while using vAdapter, connection is automatically retried. For vApp, you need to perform reconnection because authentication is required.
