To which IP address should I open a port necessary for using Universal One Virtual?

Based on our security policy, we do not disclose addresses accessed by vApp, vAdapters, or the Business Portal (for Virtual) in this service. Your understanding is greatly appreciated.

Is there a way to check usage of each vClient (e.g. communication amount, history of connection and disconnection)?

There is no way to check the communication amount or history of connection and disconnection of each vClient.
However, you can confirm if the vClient is currently connected by following the steps below on the Business Portal (for Virtual).

(1) Check by vClient ID list
 When the vClient is connected, an icon is displayed in the vClient ID list.

(2) Check by Edit screen of the vClient
 When the vClient is connected, "Enable" is displayed in the "Status" tab in the "vClient Edit" screen.

The Option lamp of vAdapter lights in red and VPN connection is unavailable.

(If your vAdapter has previously connected)
vAdapter may have failed to connect to vCore due to temporary congestion of Internet environment. Remove the vAdapter and try again after a few minutes.
If the problem persists, please contact us via the Business Portal.

(If the lamp lights in red at the time of initial connection to vAdapter)

When you use a browser which is not supported by the Business Portal (for Virtual), icons may not properly appear. Use one of the following recommended browsers.
*Mozilla Firefox latest version  (Operation has been verified with version 27 as of May 2014)
*Google Chrome latest version  (Operation has been verified with version 32 as of May 2014)

I can successfully connect to the Internet, but cannot connect to the UNO virtual using the vApp / vAdapter.

This service uses the following communication protocols and ports for communication.
Check if your network devices which are used between vApp/vAdapter and the Internet allow transparent communication by the following protocols.

  [TCP]80, 443, 5061
  [UDP]80, 443, 500, 1701, 4500, 123, 5060, and 5061

If your FW, mobile router, etc. restrict the protocols above, change the settings of the relevant devices.

When trying to delete a destination UserNetWork, the message "A communication error occurred" appears and I cannot delete it.

A destination UserNetWork ("destination NW") cannot be successfully deleted when the destination NW setting remains in vCore or a vClient group. When the setting remains in either of them, this error message is displayed. For the meaning of the error message and solutions, click "To details page."

I would like to change my password for vClient. Is there a limit to the number of characters?

Your password must meet the following conditions as specified in the vClient password policy.
[Available characters] Upper case letters (A-Z), lower case letters (a-z), and numbers (0-9)
[Number of characters]8-31 characters
[Password policy] A password must contain at least one upper case letter (A-Z), one lower case letter (a-z), and one number (0-9).

[#39] I set vCore to "Stopping," but it became "Starting".

When we restart vCore for fault restoration, the status of vCore changes to "Starting(green box)". Click the "Stop" button again to change the status to "Stopping(grey box)".
