I lost my vAdapter. Do you provide a replacement?

Unfortunately, we do not provide a replacement. A new vAdapter needs to be purchased.

I would like to add a vClient ID. When do I start being charged for the fee?

If you are using vApp, the fee is charged when you add a new vClient ID on the Business Portal. If you are using vAdapter, the fee is charged when you register vAdapter as a vClient group on the portal.

vAdapter does not have a routing function. A broadband router needs to be prepared by the customer.

Can I log in to vApp from different terminals using the same ID?

You can log in from different terminals using the same ID. However, more than one terminal cannot be connected at the same time.

While connecting to a virtual network, the network became unstable and was disconnected. I tried reconnection, but an error message appears and I cannot reconnect it.

What are the recommended specifications of devices to install vApp?

There are no particular recommended specifications as far as your OS is supported by vApp. However, vApp requires 10 MB of free disk space for Android and iOS versions, and 20 MB, for Windows and Mac versions.

I registered a new vClient, but did not receive a password notification email.

(1) A password notification email is sent from the "umail.portal.ntt.net" domain. Check if your setting allows receipt of emails from this domain.
(2) A password notification email is not sent when you only register a new vClient. After registration, open the "Edit vClient" screen and click the "Send" button.
(3) Then, you are able to receive password notification email which title is "[Arcstar Universal One Virtual] Notice of information about client connection."
After confirmed "User ID" and "Password" in this email, please setting to vApp and connect virtual network.
