I am asked if I "Obtain configuration profile" every time I activate an account in vApp (iOS). Do I need to obtain it each time?

Answer

If you have already obtained the configuration profile, you do not need to obtain again unless otherwise instructed by your administrator. Tap "OK" and proceed to subsequent steps.
(For administrators) Ensure to let users know that the configuration profile needs to be obtained again when a pre-shared key of vCore has been updated in the Business Portal (for Virtual).
