 -Maintenance on network equipment
 -Maintenance on customer portal equipment
 
* Equipment to be serviced
 -Network communication equipment
 -Customer portal equipment

* Impact
 Impacted customers will have a few outage periods during the maintenance term and each outage period will last approximately a few seconds.
 Impacts are:
 -Their communication at network will be disconnected and will not be able to make new session.
 -Their will will not be able to use customer portal function and API.
