  7/29/2019 1:00 JST to 7/29/2019 05:00 JST
(During above Maintenance term, disconnection will occur twice for about 1 minute each.)

* Impact
The details of the impact on services during disconnection are as follows.

(1)Impact on On-net call
・Outgoing Call and Incoming Call can not be used.
・Call Transfer and Call Park can not be used.

(2)Impact on Off-net call
・Outgoing Call and Incoming Call can not be used
・Active call may be disconnected or become silent.
・Call Transfer and Call Park can not be used.

(3)Impact on Voice Messaging
Voice Messaging can not be played or recorded as silence.

(4)Impact on Instant Messaging
Transmission error message displays.

(5)Impact on Presence
  Presence goes to Offline.

(6)Impact on UCaaS Portal
UCaaS Portal can not be used.

(7)Impact on Web Directory
Web Directory can not be used.

After reconnection of UCaaS Equipment, it may take a few minutes to reconnect between customer terminal and UCaaS services.
