Service Registration Method

Registered services are displayed in a list on My Support Top, and you can quickly access support pages for each service, as well as easily check the publication status of maintenance/outages information.
When setting up delivery of maintenance/outages information e-mails, first you will need to register services in My Support.
* Note: the actual pages may differ from the screenshots.

Register a service for My Support (1)

Registration is carried out from the support page for each service.

Click on the

on My Support Top.

Click on the service name.

Click on 'Register for My Support' in the upper-right of the screen.

Click on 'Register'.
This will complete registration.

The service will be added to My Support Top.

Register a service for My Support (2)

Click on the service name.

Click on the displayed on the service top page.

Click on the displayed on the service maintenance/outages information page.

When you click on the displayed on one of to , a confirmation message will be displayed, so click 'Yes'.

You will be taken to the maintenance/outages information e-mail setup page.
For the rest of the setup method, please refer to onwards in the maintenance/outages information e-mail setup method.

Delete a service from My Support

Deletion can be carried out from My Support Top.

Click on the for the service you wish to delete.

Click on 'Delete'.
This will complete deletion.

The service will be deleted from My Support Top.
