Maintenance/Outages Information E-mail Setup Method

This explains how to setup services for the maintenance/outages information e-mail delivery, as well as the delivery e-mail address.
* Note: the actual pages may differ from the screenshots.

Register a service for delivery

First start by registering a service for My Support.

Services that you can receive maintenance/outages information e-mails for have an e-mail icon.
Click on the e-mail icon for the service you want to receive information for.

Select the type of e-mails you want to receive, and click on 'to confirmation page'.
Also, if you want to receive construction / malfunction information e-mail in Japanese, also check "Japanese email settings".

Confirm the details, and click 'Register'.
This will complete registration.

The services will be registered.

Register a delivery e-mail address

Click on 'Delivery email address'.

Click on 'New Registration'.

Setup your e-mail address and desired time for delivery, and click on 'to confirmation page'.

Confirm the details, and click 'Register'.
This will complete temporary registration.

An e-mail entitled 'Maintenance/Outages Information Email Delivery Address Provisional Registration Information' will be sent to the registered e-mail address.
Click on the URL displayed in the e-mail body within 30 minutes.
* Note: if more than 30 minutes have passed, please start again from .

This will complete registration.

The services will be registered.
