Login to My Support

If you login to My Support and register for services, you can quickly access support pages for each service you register with My Support Top, as well as easily check the publication status of maintenance/outages information.
First we will explain the IDs required to login to My Support.

About Login IDs

Customers who have an OCN e-mail address

If you have an e-mail address similar to "xxx@xxx.ocn.ne.jp", you can use that e-mail address to login to My Support.
Please enter your OCN e-mail address and password on the login page to login.

Customers who don't have an OCN e-mail address

If you don't have an e-mail address similar to "xxx@xxx.ocn.ne.jp", but you have an OCN ID, you can use that ID and password to login.

If you don't have an e-mail address similar to "xxx@xxx.ocn.ne.jp", and you don't have an OCN ID, please register a new customer support ID (free of charge).
When registering you can enter your preferred e-mail address, password, name and date of birth.

The customer support ID that you register can be used as your OCN ID.
Please be aware that you cannot change the e-mail address, name or date of birth that you register with.

You can delete your customer support ID.
