Can I see the newly added contracts in this portal?

The newly added contracts are automatically displayed in the portal if you are registered in " Standard User Group", "Customer User Group" created per service or "Customer User Group" created per Arcstar Universal One VPN Group.

You can separate contracts with using "User Group Management" menu in "User Management".

How can I delete "Contact User"?

The account of "Contact User" will not be able to be deleted. You can delete the user account after changing contact user to another user account .

How can I change "Contact User"?

When you are an administrative user, you can change "Contact User" using "User Management" menu, access in header.
In the User Information screen, click "pencil" icon for new contact user, check "Check here for Contact user".
