Recommend to use "Monitoring Suspension"
1) Click "Service" on the Global Navigation and select "Arcstar Universal One" transitions to top of Arcstar Universal One service Site.
2) Click the "Maintenance tab" and select the "Monitoring Suspension" and click the Add button to show the the setting screen.

How can I change "Contact User"?

When you are an administrative user, you can change "Contact User" using "User Management" menu, access in header.
In the User Information screen, click "pencil" icon for new contact user, check "Check here for Contact user".
