In regards to Business Portal ticket, it is allocated by a "Contract number" unit of each Service which has been set up by the ticket creation.

User who has a authority to browse the "Contract number" that is selected for the ticket, is also able to browse the ticket.
※In addition, when the service "Business Portal" is selected, every users are able to browse the ticket.
