[Transition of Arcstar Universal One mobile method]
1) Access https://b-portal.ntt.com/ and log in
2) Click "Service" on the Global Navigation and select "Arcstar Universal One" transitions to top of Arcstar Universal One service Site.
3) Click Service tab and select "Over view"
4) Select appropriate circuit number of Arcstar Universal One mobile
5) Service detail information will be displayed. Click circuit ID starting with "N" in the screen middle right
6) Circuit detail information will be displayed. Click "mobile circuits managenent" button in the screen top left transitions to the circuit management screen for Arcstar Universal One mobile.

In the following case, you get the error message. Please confirm your situation and deal with it.

Case 1.
You are accessing Config Change site with plural account at the same time. Please have the other account log out.

Case 2.
You are accessing Config Change site with plural tab at the same time. Please close the other tabs.

Case 3.
You are accessing Config Change site again before the initial page of Config Change site has not desplayed fully yet. Please try again after waiting for 15 minutes without doing anything.

If the contract name of IP Voice is different from that of Business Portal, "Config Change" menu isn't displayed.
Please ask the representative contractant to make the account of Config Change site and access Config Change site directly with it.

The newly added contracts are automatically displayed in the portal if you are registered in " Standard User Group", "Customer User Group" created per service or "Customer User Group" created per Arcstar Universal One VPN Group.

How can I separate contracts to be displayed for each user departments?

You can separate contracts with using "User Group Management" menu in "User Management".
As for detailed setting, refer to the " 3.3 Adding User Groups Customized for Specific Contracts" of "Administrator’s Guide".
